1. Work out how many invitations you will need once you account for couples and families sharing, and select the quantity you need.
  2. Choose from Raw edged handmade paper (individually handmade, each sheet has it's unique imperfections) Or straight edged flat cut card - which is available in ivory or bright white, and smooth or textured.
  3. Once you click "add to cart" you will be promoted to fill out the Custom Order form with your details. To ensure you are getting the most from your 2 allocated design rounds, please make sure your wording is finalised and there are no incorrect details or spelling errors.
  4. Complete your order through the checkout. You will receive an email from us confirming your order, and your proofs within 1-3 business days. If you find you have forgotten something or want to change the details of your order, just send us an email to



  1. We will take all your notes from your Order Form and create your proofs with the options you have requested. This will be emailed through to you in an on-screen PDF format.
  2. From there you can choose which option you like best to start production. If there are any changes you'd like to make, you can request this and we will send you the revised final proof. If you still would like to make some changes, then a $70 fee will incur for each round of new changes.
  3. Your approval of the design is needed before we start production. Once production has started there can be no changes made to the final design and envelope options. 
  4. Production will take 1-2weeks, and once ready, will be sent via signature on delivery post to the address you provide as you pass through the checkout. Please ensure this address is correct and the most convenient for courier post delivery.



Refunds: A refund of 70% of the total is available up until the production is signed off. 
Once a design is signed off, no refund is available.
